Founded by Jomer Belisario, a former United States Navy Supply Corps Officer and former Deloitte Senior Consultant, BTG brings military discipline, data-driven strategy, and real-world logistics experience to every mission.
Jomer’s background includes leading multimillion-dollar supply and transportation programs across Asia, coordinating logistics between U.S. and allied agencies, and supporting a twenty-one billion dollar modernization effort while at Deloitte. That same level of operational excellence and accountability now defines BTG’s commitment to clients across Texas.
